The Seven Deadly Psy-Ops

Compassionate Harvest by visionary artist Madeleine TuttleWe humans have magnificent capacities for wisdom, compassion, creativity, joy, freedom, and inner peace. However, these capacities can be effectively suppressed by the conscious use of psychological operations that deceive us into beliefs and ways of living that imprison us in anxiety, triviality, disease, conflict, and delusion. We all live in a situation today in which a tiny minority of the human population, a mere one-ten-thousandth of one percent, about 8,000 people, has been able to gradually accumulate so much wealth that it can effectively dominate, control, and exploit the other 99.9999 percent of humanity, paying off the top one to two percent (80 to 160 million people) to manage the operation. Wealth is easily converted into power—political, economic, socio-cultural, religious, educational, medical, scientific—and the essence of that power is narrative control: managing the information, perceptions, beliefs, and stories that we all use to understand and interpret reality, and to determine how we live our lives.

Whereas in the past we humans typically fought wars against external adversaries, evolving through four generations of warfare—from direct physical combat to the use of guns and cannons, to using aircraft and missiles to attack and bomb, to using drones, paramilitary operations, and guerilla and terrorist tactics—we are now in what is being referred to as fifth-generation warfare, which is mental and emotional, and in which the adversary is no longer external, but is embedded in all our social institutions. The battlefield is the landscape of the public consciousness. The primary weapons used by the plutocratic ruling cabal in its ongoing campaign to dominate and conquer humanity are psychological operations, which are engineered deceptions that are used as pretexts serving agendas to exploit and enslave those who are fooled by them. Although there are many of these psy-ops used by the ruling class (or perhaps the “fooling class,” since they keep fooling us), seven are particularly powerful and effective in subjugating us by steadily eroding our basic human freedoms, health, and purposes. Some of these have been used for centuries, and some are more recent, but they all support each other and work together to relentlessly centralize power in the hands of a few.

  1. Herderism

The first of these seven deadly psy-ops is the ongoing deception that we humans are required to imprison animals for food in order to get adequate nutrition. In my earlier writings I have coined the term herderism for this practice of herding cows, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, fishes, and other animals in order to consume their bodies and bodily secretions, and herderism also refers to the required set of attitudes that rationalizes and legitimizes this brutal and unnecessary practice. This is a vast subject that my books The World Peace Diet and Food for Freedom cover in detail, but in a nutshell, because all the nutrients that we need to thrive and celebrate our lives on this beautiful and abundant Earth are provided by plants, our imprisonment, sexual abuse, and relentless killing of billions of animals every day is completely unnecessary, and is devastating not just to our planetary ecosystems, to our physical health, and to the fabric of our society, but also to the inner landscape of our awareness.

From infancy we are compelled to not only eat the misery, terror, and toxicity that concentrate in animal-sourced foods, but also to adopt the attitudes required to do so, such as reductionism, predation, disconnectedness, privilege and elitism regarding animals and nature, and the repression of Sophia, the inner sacred feminine wisdom that yearns to love, honor and protect life. For a full discussion of this, please see Food for Freedom, but suffice it to say that we are all wounded psychologically by being compelled to live in a culture where billions of fully sentient living beings are routinely reduced to material objects and bought and sold by the pound every day. When we purchase meat, dairy, and eggs, we participate in and support this hideous and shameful enterprise, and then we consume the violence and suffering we are causing, building our body temples with bricks of horror and pain, and teaching our children to do so as well. This puts into motion what I refer to as the Boomerang Effect: whatever we sow, we will reap. This is the essential teaching, along with the Golden Rule, of every planetary wisdom tradition. As we steal and destroy the health, freedom, purposes, and dignity of others, we lose our own health, freedom, purposes, and dignity. Viewing other beings as mere exploitable commodities, we sow the seeds to be viewed ourselves as mere exploitable livestock. In sum, this psy-op of herderism, which is the living core of our culture, is the biggest and most damaging of all the psy-ops, and the one we are most urgently called to question and resist in our quest for harmony, authenticity, and meaning. It is the primary underlying source of all the other psy-ops. Only when we offer freedom and peace to the vulnerable beings we hold in our hands will we be worthy of freedom and peace ourselves.

  1. Sexualization

The second harmful psy-op, or engineered deception, is the aggressive promotion of sexual obsession, distraction, and perversion. It is difficult to overstate the devastating effects of the bizarre preoccupation with sexuality that is propagated in our culture, and it is based on the vulgarization of sex and on deceptively inserting it into almost every area of our lives: to sell products, concentrate power, and furnish us with a false and shallow identity. Sexualization runs rampant, and pornography has become devastatingly widespread, as has pedophilia, with massive industries dedicated to inflating and exploiting sexual cravings and profiting from our yearning to increase our sexual appeal, and our desire to vicariously indulge in sexuality through media imagery and sexualized celebrities.

It is such a pervasive sickness that it is difficult to even imagine a society with healthy sexuality, where sex is treated naturally, which is to say, to simply provide an opportunity to lovingly bring new humans into the world. Breasts are glands for nurturing newborn children, buttocks are muscles used in walking, and reproductive organs are just that, but the relentless and pervasive sexualization of body parts, and even of children and of animals, and the rampant spread of virtually inescapable sexual imagery all work together to reduce beings to mere objects. This sounds familiar, because the core of our culture, herderism, is based on reducing beings to objects to be physically consumed. Sexual lust turns beings into objects to be sexually consumed, and like animal agriculture, perverts and destroys the fabric of healthy relationships.

Authentic spirituality cultivates within us the capacity to love others, which is to treat them with kindness, respect, and understanding, and to honor them as sacred expressions of the one life that lives through us all. The opposite of love is lust. It is the materialistic, egoic, and fiendish delusion that treats others as objects to be used for our own pleasure and advantage, as mere instruments to be exploited. Love brings joy, freedom, healing, and harmony into our individual and collective lives and consciousness, and lust brings misery, conflict, disease, and ever-escalating suffering to all of us, including, ultimately and ironically, perpetrators as well. As we sow, we reap, unfailingly.

The good news is that while the culturally-indoctrinated objectification of others that undergirds both herderism and sexualization harms us all, each of us can do our best to liberate ourselves from these poisonous practices, and raise our actions and our vibratory awareness to a higher level that helps to bring healing to our world. The refreshing vistas of peace, joy and radiant health that become available to us when we refuse to see any animal-sourced object as food is mirrored by the emancipating freedom of refusing to see anyone as a sexual object, and rising into the awareness where we savor our relationships with others as unique expressions of eternal consciousness, worthy of our respect.

For example, while in my teens, my consciousness had been poisoned by the twin psy-ops of eating animal foods and looking at females as potential sexual objects. When I left home in 1975 at 22 with my brother on our spiritual pilgrimage, and focused all my attention on doing my best to quiet my mind and attain meditative insight and spiritual awakening, this soon led to giving up eating meat and then in 1980 to going vegan, and to living in meditation centers and in Songgwangsa Zen monastery in South Korea. Not only did my yearning to consume animal-sourced foods disappear, but the preoccupation with sex also evaporated, and the idea of seeing women as sex objects became revolting and non-existent, similar perhaps to how smelling the odor of grilled meat, which had once been appetizing and stimulating, had become repulsive and something to avoid. It became easier to see through the shallow veneer of indoctrinated attraction, to the deeper reality of the violation of living beings inherent in these situations.

Throughout my twenties, focusing on purifying the body and spiritualizing consciousness, I discovered doorways to inner states of harmony that are not dependent on the vicissitudes of relationships, finances, career, and all the other concerns that typically plague awareness. As consciousness was exploring higher realms, waves of joy, gratitude, and inner peace and freedom emerged that were orders of magnitude more fulfilling than fleeting sense pleasures could ever be. We can sublimate our desires, seeking higher fulfillment, and by doing our best to treat all beings with respect, we find untold joy arising in our hearts, which not only liberates us, but blesses others as well.

Sexual energy is creative energy, and in healthy cultures, when it naturally awakens in adolescence, is focused on higher pursuits, such as music, art, drama, athletics, crafts, exploring nature, spiritual practice, gardening, learning, and all this leading to co-creating loving families and healthy communities. By corrupting this vital energy with an ongoing torrent of educational and media content that perverts this force and targets vulnerable children and adolescents, the plutocratic cabal has been able to fragment family structures and instill the fear, alienation, and isolation that make it easy to centralize power and control in its hands, and dominate the human herd. Strong family and community structures that spring from and nourish upright, confident, responsible, and spiritually-oriented people provide the best defense against the spread of tyranny, and are its greatest enemy.

  1. Materialistic Science

The third deadly psy-op is materialistic science, with its seductive deception that its technological achievements can solve our many problems. Our science, because it is a product of our herding culture, is rooted in the delusion of materialism. Divorced from spirituality, the more it advances, the more destructive it becomes. We are all taught and deceived from infancy to trust and worship materialistic science as the best possible avenue for attaining truth, and its technology as the best provider of comfort, security, and abundance.

This materialistic science is a potent tool to centralize power and control in the hands of a few for the purpose of domination of the weak by the strong, and it has always been so. The first science began roughly ten thousand years ago with the advent of herderism, and our ancestral cultural revolution of seizing ownership and control of herds of hitherto free-living sheep and goats, and later other animals, in west and central Asia. Herding animals for food requires three things: physically confining and controlling their movement, killing them at will, and breeding them at will. It is with this last one that our ancestors crossed terrible ethical lines as they increasingly engaged in systematized sexual abuse of the animals they owned, impregnating the females against their will as frequently as possible to increase their flocks and wealth, and killing the offspring for food. This rape-and-kill operation gave rise to the first science: the organized, methodical effort to breed certain animals together to increase docility, as well as the quantity of meat, milk, and wool the offspring would provide their exploiters.

Over the centuries and millennia, science has ever more severely abused animals. Herded animals have gone from complete freedom from human interference to being hunted, to being loosely confined as livestock property, to being more drastically imprisoned, to eventually, today, being hyper-confined in crates and cages, and genetically engineered, drugged, and driven into insanity by the hellish pain and fear to which they are subjected throughout their short, miserable lives. Materialism reduces living beings and nature to mere matter, and a science based on this anti-spiritual and reductionistic foundation has advantages for the plutocratic ruling class, not only generating vast profits, but also providing it with the means to control and exploit animals, humans, and nature.

For example, one of science’s projects in the nineteenth century was perfecting the panopticon, a structure by which just a small handful of guards could constantly surveil an entire population, such as in a prison or asylum. This was subsequently perfected in factory farm operations, and now a few workers can oversee and control hundreds or thousands of chickens, turkeys, pigs, cows, and other animals in warehouses and feedlots. Today, with electronics and vast interconnected computer networks, materialistic science gives a small handful of people the power to digitally surveil and control the entire human population, and with this power comes the potential to similarly reduce humanity into managed livestock.

There are many other examples of materialistic science’s utility in enslaving humanity. Petroleum can be refined into petrochemicals, and science has now invented over 80,000 chemicals that never existed in nature and by spewing these as pesticides, herbicides, flame retardants, plastics, dyes, and so forth, humanity is reliably poisoned with carcinogens, hormone disruptors, and respiratory, reproductive, and neurological toxins. Chronic disease is the result, which has drastically increased from six percent in the 1960s to 74 percent today. These chronically ill people are compelled to ingest multiple medications on a daily basis for the rest of their lives, and materialistic science obliges by further refining petrochemicals into toxic pharmaceuticals, continually eroding public health. Health and vitality are the foundation of freedom. Without vibrant physical, mental, emotional, and cultural health, we are easily enslaved, and materialistic science reliably provides the means to this end.

Besides the relentless noise and toxicity it inflicts, our technology also deteriorates the social fabric by increasingly isolating us as individuals, and eroding relationships. If we turn on a television in a room of conversing people, before long, all conversation will be stopped and everyone will be focused on the program and its subtle indoctrination. Smart phones and social media further isolate and divide us from each other and from the natural world, and we have witnessed the disintegration of the social glue that holds society together—the clubs, leagues, and neighborhood gatherings—that have been quietly disappearing over the past 60 years. As community cohesion dissolves, alienation gives rise to increasing online tribalism, in which algorithms are used to herd people into echo chambers, and healthy discussion, and respectful sharing of ideas, are replaced with censorship and cancel culture, and violence is increasingly legitimized as an acceptable way of communicating. This division of society along political, racial, religious, and other fault lines is driven by technology, enabling the parasitic plutocrats to control and exploit the entire population.

Technology also erodes our health in many ways. We set a thermostat, and lose our natural capacity to adapt to a range of temperatures. We let our machines do the work, and become soft and overweight prisoners of our fear of discomfort, both physically and psychologically, and are conditioned to view nature not as our friend and inspiring benefactor, but rather as a dangerous opponent against which we have to defend ourselves, and technologically conquer in order to survive. Our science promotes this delusion of nature as our enemy to be managed, and it fosters herderism’s underlying philosophy of materialism, the reigning worldview in our society today, which denies the reality of anything that cannot be physically observed and measured. With its ten thousand years of accumulated momentum, herderism has propelled us into living in what is the most materialistic culture the world has ever seen, buying and selling billions of living beings by the pound or kilogram every day, as if they were mere sacks of cement. This not only harms these animals, it boomerangs on us as conflict, disease, and delusion, and we are indoctrinated to similarly view ourselves as mere bodies that were born and will die, psycho-physical objects without inherent meaning or purpose other than to pass on our genes, compete, and consume.

Scientific materialism also provides the faux ethics of utilitarianism, which undermines the morality of the Golden Rule that respects the sovereignty of individual beings, and replaces it with tyranny-enabling “greatest good for the greatest number” formulations, and provides the foundation for a philosophy for slaves, as we discuss in Food for Freedom:

We are taught that we live in an essentially meaningless and random universe, and are expected to believe in absurdly impossible fairy tales such as the “Big Bang”—the inexplicable and purposeless scientific equivalent of a miracle—that magically birthed our cosmos, which then supposedly evolved the incomprehensibly complex and beautiful flowers, trees, animals, humans, and other life forms through mere random mutation of elements and compounds, and out of this randomness, that consciousness somehow happened to emerge. . . . It offers no account for the manifestation of unfathomably complex and interrelated whole systems such as eyes, ears, and hearts, much less for consciousness, feelings, creativity, and intuitions. As a narrative designed for slaves, it works well and fulfills its mission of keeping us disconnected from nature and from our inner wisdom and power, and fosters a sense of meaningless incongruity that propels us into profitable and addictive consumerism in a vain search for significance and purpose.[1]

Of all types of violence perpetrated, deception is the most treacherous, because we are unaware that we are being harmed, and thus cannot defend ourselvess.

  1. Centralized Banking

The fourth insidious psy-op is fractional-reserve banking and the establishment of central banks, such as the Federal Reserve, bamboozling us into a financial system that is completely rigged, and that is guaranteed to allow a tiny minority of humans, one ten-thousandth of one percent, to accumulate such vast wealth that it can indoctrinate and subdue the vast majority. Wealth translates easily and directly into power in our world, and this power corrupts political, educational, religious, media, scientific, and media institutions by rewarding certain behaviors and suppressing others. By controlling funding and information flows, our perceptions of the world are also controlled, as are the stories that we tell ourselves and each other about our lives and reality.

Banks are portrayed as our friends, providing us with needed products and services, such as loans for our homes, vehicles, and businesses. Yet every time a bank makes a loan to someone, say for $100,000, the bank creates, out of nothing, an asset on its books of about $90,000 and collects both principal and interest on this money. If the person or business cannot pay it all back, the bank keeps all of the money it has received, plus it takes ownership of the house or business that was collateral for the loan. Over the decades and centuries, through the ongoing boom-and-bust economic cycles, the parasitic banking class has taken advantage of economic distress, wars, and unemployment to swallow up and cash in on untold millions of houses, farms, and enterprises, relentlessly increasing its wealth and power, and destroying economic freedom, cultural health, and social stability, and causing extreme suffering and distress to millions, especially the more vulnerable, such as children, women, and the less wealthy.

Central banks, like the Federal Reserve in the U.S., created in 1913, control interest rates, monetary supply and monetary policy. The Fed is basically a private entity run by bankers, and is used to further consolidate wealth in the hands of a few. The Bank of International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, is the global central bank for all the national central banks, and besides being exempt from virtually all laws, is championing the push for a global Central Bank Digital Currency, which would virtually enslave humanity by eliminating cash, and providing centralized authorities the power to monitor and control all monetary transactions.

In addition to enriching themselves by creating and loaning money to individuals, farms, businesses, churches, and other organizations, and then foreclosing on them during the manufactured economic downturns, banking institutions similarly loan money to governments, and promote the lavish governmental spending (and required borrowing) required by engineered wars and contrived public health and other “emergencies.” Creditors always control debtors, and this is especially true with the massive banking institutions and their creditor status regarding governments. There is also a similar dynamic at play with the gargantuan multi-trillion-dollar asset-management firms such as Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street, Goldman Sachs, and others, which have controlling ownership of virtually all major corporations, including media, medical, weapons, technology, energy, finance, transportation, agriculture, food, education, mining, and industry. Through the banking psy-op, massive financial power to control not just governments, but also the public’s information, beliefs, and perceptions, is concentrated in the hands of an astonishingly small number of humans. Henry Ford summed it well when he wrote, “It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.”

  1. Germ Theory

The fifth deadly psy-op is germ theory and its widely propagated deception that we are constantly being attacked by harmful and dangerous microbes that can make us sick, and that we can then transfer this sickness to others. As an effective tool to divide us, disempower us, generate fear, poison us with animal-torturing pharmaceutical concoctions, imprison us in lockdowns and quarantines, and completely exploit and oppress us, this insidious germ theory has no parallel. If we do not awaken out of the germ theory trance, and question the reality of so-called communicable and infectious disease, we will continue to be reduced to the status of mere livestock.

Herderism, based on heartlessly abusing animals and dominating the natural world, naturally breeds in all of us a sense of separateness from and fear of nature, priming us to embrace the germ theory, which casts us as innocent victims being attacked by invisible malevolent forces of nature in a constant war in which we are helpless without technological weapons to vanquish the ever-lurking invaders. In a myriad of ways, we are indoctrinated into the germ theory and contagion theory from infancy, and our body is thereby turned into a battleground, as it is dosed and injected with a wide variety of harmful pharmaceuticals to supposedly defend us against so-called viruses and other pathogens. Needless to say, this reductionistic and fear-based approach is enormously profitable to the medical-pharmaceutical complex, which has learned to invest the vast wealth thus generated into massive indoctrination programs through controlling the “education” of doctors and health professionals, partnering with predatory philanthropic foundations such as the Gates, Rockefeller, MacArthur, and Wellcome foundations, capturing governmental agencies such as CDC, NIH, FDA, GAVI, CEPI, WHO, the U.N., and many others, and investing billions of dollars annually in a broad range of NGOs, as well as in media advertising to manage news narratives and public perception.

It is fascinating and inspiring to read books such as Can You Catch a Cold? by medical researcher Daniel Roytas, which thoroughly and even-handedly reviews all the research that has been done over the past 250 years on contagion, and demonstrates that scientists overwhelmingly fail to ever be able to cause human-to-human transmission of disease. For example, during the great so-called Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918, military medical researchers selected scores of men with the typical symptoms of chills, fever, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, nausea, and so forth, and took their mucus secretions and sputum and sprayed and inserted it into the nasal passages, throats, and eyes of healthy men, and also injected it under their skin, and took blood from diseased men and injected it into healthy men, and none of the healthy participants became sick in any of the trials, which was unexpected by the researchers. In the hundred years since then, as Roytas documents, many more attempts at proving contagion have been attempted and the results have been similar. So, the question is, when it appears that someone made someone else “sick” through apparent contagion, what is actually happening? Roytas postulates three primary causal factors: environmental toxins, nutrient deficiencies, and the nocebo effect.

As discussed earlier, we are today swimming in an unprecedented flood of chemical, nuclear, and electromagnetic toxins. Many of the symptoms of disease, such as coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, tumors, headaches, and so forth, are actually efforts by the body to rid itself of, and protect itself from, environmental toxins. As an example, a large group of people are attending a conference at a hotel and a few people get respiratory symptoms and start coughing. People notice, and try to avoid these sick people, but then later in the day, they start coughing as well, and by the following day, most of the attendees feel “under the weather” due to the apparently contagious “bug” going around. Then the hotel maintenance man realizes that a duct in the hotel’s air conditioning system had ruptured the day before, causing the air in the hotel to become polluted with exhaust fumes, and this was actually causing the illusion of an infectious disease, with people simply having varying degrees of sensitivity to the toxins. This example is in many ways a template for our cultural situation today, living together in towns and cities with polluted air, water, and food, and with petrochemical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and media corporations (and the bankers who own and control them in the background) all strongly motivated to continually deceive us into blaming germs and contagion so we don’t hold them to account for the toxic effluents, additives, and deceptions causing our disease.

Another example is the so-called Zika syndrome, as we discuss in Food for Freedom:

As but one documented example, a serious outbreak of Zika syndrome with microcephaly was suddenly increasing in Brazil in 2016. Babies were born with unusually small heads and a team of local Brazilian and Argentinian scientists found it was most likely due to the recently introduced spraying of pyriproxyfen, a chemical larvicide manufactured by a Monsanto subsidiary used to kill mosquito larvae. The scientists’ research concluded that the birth defects were due to the increased use of this chemical, which harmed the fetuses in pregnant women who drank contaminated water. They called for the immediate cessation of the larvicide spraying, with possible lawsuits against the chemical company for damages. But public health authorities under the umbrella of the World Health Organization and CDC disputed this and instead of rightfully holding the chemical corporations accountable, they proclaimed that the birth defects were caused by the Zika virus, and blamed mosquitoes for spreading the virus and prescribed a massive increase in the spraying of toxic larvicides, as well as the marketing of a Zika vaccine, which further increased profits to the chemical-pharmaceutical complex and deceived the public into being subjected to even more harmful chemicals. The pattern is well-established: mainstream media outlets, like internet search engines, censored the original story, and propagated only the WHO version, which became the approved and official narrative.[2]

The same scenario holds true for other so-called viral and bacterial diseases and epidemics, with the Spanish Flu, for example, coincidentally emerging simultaneously with the first massive use of toxic chemical gasses (over 150,000 tons were deployed during World War I) such as phosgene gas, used as chemical warfare agents, but studiously ignored as the actual causative factor, along with widespread poisoning by aspirin, which was recently developed at that time and was extravagantly over-prescribed by doctors. Similarly, the toxic pesticide DDT was introduced and widely used in the U.S. during the 1950s and caused the so-called polio epidemic falsely attributed to microbes, and as researchers have shown in books such as What Really Makes You Ill?, this pattern of chemical poisoning underlying epidemics and diseases, and being covered up by the profitable and convenient germ theory, is long-standing and pervasive.

Apparent contagion can also be caused by nutritional deficiencies, with, for example, scurvy and pellagra being considered contagious by doctors for many decades until they finally realized the underlying cause to be a lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet.

The third unrecognized causal factor of what appears to be contagion is the nocebo effect, which is remarkably effective in generating so-called disease in our body-mind. It is the inverse of the placebo effect, the well-researched but still poorly understood phenomenon whereby substances or procedures with no beneficial effects, such as sugar pills or saline injections, cure conditions because patients falsely believe they are receiving a powerful medical intervention and have faith in its curative effect. The placebo works well with surgeries also, with for example, patients being relieved of back pain after having gone under anesthesia for surgery, but with no procedure actually being performed.

Similarly, it is common for cancer patients, who are given placebo chemotherapy medications, to lose their hair, even though no toxic chemicals are administered, because the mental expectation creates the bodily response. While our reductionistic science is in many ways blind to, and threatened by, the undeniable truth that the body and mind are essentially a unity, there are many instances where contagion and epidemics are due to what might be called a highly contagious mind-virus. As fear of invisible germ pathogens and contagion grows, this fear will create symptoms in the body that mirror the expectations, and though it is not conscious, the effects are real and measurable. Thus, the germ theory, when indoctrinated into people, can be used to whip up a hysteria of fear that will generate disease symptoms in susceptible people, and it can also be used to justify quarantines, contact tracing, social distancing, masking, and other measures that mentally and emotionally reinforce the nocebo effect.

While mainstream medicine cleverly bases its reductionist approach on battling the supposedly relentless dangers posed by germs and genes, portrayed as forces against which we are defenseless without its often expensive and harmful interventions, there is another foundational approach that is more holistic, empowering, and in accord with reality. It is often referred to as terrain theory, and emphasizes the importance of the overall quality of the interconnected factors that comprise our human life. The basic idea is that our mind and body affect each other, and can be seen as an intelligent landscape influenced by many interconnecting factors, such as thoughts, feelings, relationships, nutrition, hydration, exercise, and spiritual awareness. When the terrain is vibrant, positive, and healthy, it is in harmonious homeostatic relationship with the microbiome, the community of bacteria and other microbes which is an integral part of life here on Earth. Without the trillions of bacteria living inside our body, far more numerous than our own cells, we would quickly die. When the terrain of our body-mind is violated by toxic chemicals, EMF fields, or radiation, or by suppressed rage or chronic anxiety, etc., cells and tissues are damaged, and disease manifests. Microbes naturally work to help clean up debris from dead and corrupted tissues, and are actually an essential part of the healing process.

We can begin to understand the power of our mind to generate both painful states through blocking awareness of childhood trauma, for example, as well as vibrant health states through cultivating gratitude, joy, and kindness toward others. As we explain more fully in our newest book, The World Peace Way, when we also take responsibility for the quality of our nutrition—with organic, plant-sourced foods mindfully prepared—and of our water, beverages, personal care products, the air we are breathing, and the media we are consuming, as well as the quality of our relationships, movement, exercise, and of our connection with nature, and do our best to live a life inspired with meaningful purpose, then we are taking responsibility for our health, and benefiting not only ourselves and loved ones, but also the world by freeing ourselves from the germ-theory deception.

  1. Over-population

The sixth and seventh harmful psy-ops are human over-population and anthropogenic climate change. All the deceptive psy-ops support each other in eroding our health, freedom, and understanding, and these last two are connected with each other and the other five. We discuss these two issues in more in-depth fashion in Food for Freedom, so this is a brief overview. The over-population deception is basically just the discredited eugenics movement of the early 20th century dressed up in more respectable clothes, designed to appeal to progressives, as Food for Freedom points out:

Some environmentalists and vegans, because they are defending ecosystems and animals from human exploitation, tend toward misanthropic views that render them unsuspecting of the shrewd narratives spun by globalists who feign concern for the environment in order to appropriate more wealth and power for themselves, and to exploit and abuse humanity. Dr. Andrew Wakefield’s documentary, Infertility: A Diabolical Agenda, clearly demonstrates, for example, that the Gates Foundation funded vaccination programs in Africa for many years that deceived local women into receiving shots that sterilized them, as the Rockefeller Foundation had done in India a few decades earlier, as well as polio vaccination programs that paralyzed nearly half a million young people in India.[3]

The eugenics movement emerged in the late 19th century, and was a primary motivating worldview among Rockefeller and the other nouveau riche elites—the idea that certain humans are superior to others—and that those with superior traits should be systematically encouraged to breed, and humans with inferior or objectionable traits should be sterilized or culled. Of course, animal eugenics, practiced for thousands of years in our herding tradition, is a fundamental defining factor in our relationship with farmed animals, and is the foundation of materialistic science, as discussed earlier. Whatever we have done to animals, we eventually have done to each other, and so by 1907, Indiana passed the first law authorizing the forced sterilization of “the unfit,” and in a few years, there were a dozen states with similar legislation.[4]

The eugenics movement grew rapidly under the leadership of the Rockefellers and zoologist Charles Davenport, who started the Eugenics Record Office in 1910, and it was strongly promoted by the American Breeders Association. We point out in Food for Freedom that:

Academics and journalists declared that the wealthy and powerful rose to the top due not just to their superior drive and cleverness, but also due to their obviously superior genetics. In 1927, in the Buck vs. Bell case, the Supreme Court upheld the state forced sterilization laws, opening the floodgates to an estimated 70,000 forced sterilizations of U.S. citizens who were deemed mentally, emotionally, or racially unfit. In fact, it was mainly the U.S. eugenics movement that inspired the German eugenics movement in the 1930s.[5]

In fact, Buck vs. Bell has never been overturned and is still the law of the land.[6]

When the eugenics movement was thoroughly discredited by its association with the defeated Nazis and exposed as a racist and classist pretext to cull the herd of undesirable human livestock, it pivoted to a new pretext and the over-population movement was born, with the Rockefeller foundation again leading the way, as it had with eugenics, and funding prominent scientists, academics, and journalists to create and widely disseminate the new narrative to the masses. John D. Rockefeller, III, personally founded the Population Council in 1952, choosing Frederick Osborne, director of the disgraced American Eugenics Society, as its first president, after him, in 1957.[7] In 1972, population control became the new face of the same eugenics movement, which had always promoted preventing the poor and “feeble-minded” from having children. The Rockefeller Foundation provided funding to the World Health Organization to create a “Task Force on Vaccines for Fertility Regulation,” which by 1995 had developed vaccines that prevent fertility in women, leading to a series of scandals where routine tetanus shots given to women in Africa and the Philippines were stealthily laced with the new anti-fertility antigen, HCG.[8] The Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization later sponsored much larger-scale stealth vaccination sterilization programs in Africa where tetanus vaccines given to over one million women were laced with infertility-inducing HCG, according to doctors in Kenya.[9]

With Rockefeller funding, prominent eugenicist Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood, with a former director of the American Eugenics Society, Alan Guttmacher, serving simultaneously as director of Planned Parenthood. Bill Gates’ father, William Gates, Sr., served as director of Planned Parenthood following Guttmacher.[10] The Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation have both worked diligently to promote the global elite’s eugenics agenda of sterilizing people in “unstable developing countries,” who are coincidentally people of color, through vaccinations and medical procedures.[11] In the U.S., eighty percent of Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are within easy walking distance of minority neighborhoods, and according to Planned Parenthood, “the abortion rate for black women is almost five times that for white women.”[12]

It is obvious that we’ve been told by authorities for decades that the Earth is over-populated with humans. This is clearly a message in alignment with the globalist cabal’s agenda to manage and cull the human herd, to manage our numbers, and make us more docile and easier to control, as we have done for thousands of years with livestock. Planned Parenthood, UNESCO, the National Education Association (NEA), the World Health Organization, and other organizations are promoting the sexualization of children through introducing pornography into classrooms under the guise of “comprehensive sexuality education,” as well as normalizing pedophilia, all of which lead to fewer births, fewer families, and a more easily controlled population that is confused and atomized, fixated on material distractions and shallow cravings that reduce others to sexual objects.

The globalists are encouraging the sexual trafficking of children through eroding border security, and this trafficking has become a vast enterprise, more lucrative than the illicit arms and drug trades. The first psy-op, herderism, requires us daily to sexually abuse millions of cows, pigs, chickens, and turkeys who are mere infants and children in human terms, so it is not surprising that we find the same happening to human children. As we sow, we reap. Sowing the seeds of obesity, disease, family destruction and over-medication in the billions of animals we routinely exploit for food, we reap the same in our human world, and this is true of abortion as well. Every year, millions of dairy cows are deliberately sent to slaughter when they are approaching term, so that the mother can be killed and used for meat, leather, gelatin, and other products, and her soon-to-be-born calf can be aborted and killed for renin (to coagulate cheese), calfskin leather, and for bovine fetal serum, a widely-used ingredient in making vaccines and other pharmaceutical products. Both the animal abortion industry and the human abortion industry provide ingredients essential to the wealth and power of the biomedical complex, and to controlling humanity by eroding our moral, psychological, and physical health.

The eugenics approach to population management was set forth in the Kissinger Report of 1974 that formalized the U.S. government’s goal of reducing world population. In recent years, this globalist plutocrat agenda is coming to fruition, and due to global breakdowns of marriage and family structures, severe economic challenges faced by young people, and widespread disease, injury and death by toxic chemicals and mandated pharmaceuticals, birth rates are collapsing and excess deaths are rapidly climbing.[13] At this point, in virtually every region of the world except Africa—Europe, North America, South America and the Caribbean, Asia, and Australia—the total fertility rate is far below the replacement rate of 2.1 births per woman,[14] and the decline is accelerating in all nations of the world, with a population crash and potentially devastating consequences now on the horizon.[15] According to the American Institute for Economic Research,

The effects of population decline are already starting to be felt in countries such as South Korea and Japan. … Unless something changes, the world population in general, and many specific countries, will face circumstances that, until now, have only ever been observed during catastrophic plagues or savage wars: blocks of empty houses, abandoned cities, and hordes of elderly people who lack the ability to provide for themselves.[16]

This looming population collapse, a culling of the human herd long desired by the ruling class, is of course ignored by mainstream media. The narrative repeated relentlessly that there are too many humans for the finite resources of the Earth to accommodate is certainly true if we humans insist on eating diets based on animal-sourced foods. Researchers already estimate that if everyone on Earth ate as much meat and dairy as people in the U.S., we would need at least two Earths because the U.S. is among the highest in per capita animal food consumption. But the good news is that if we humans transitioned to a healthy vegan way of living, we could feed everyone with much less land and fewer resources than we are using now. It is not so much the number of us on this Earth, but rather the way we are living our lives, and the size of the environmental impact we are having, both as individuals and collectively. A vegan way of living, based on respect for animals, nature, spirituality, family and community structures, and the sacred feminine, provides a beckoning pathway to a world of abundance, peace, and health for all of us.

  1. Anthropogenic Climate Change

The seventh and final deadly deception is the anthropogenic climate change narrative, which, like the germ theory and over-population psy-ops, is promoted by the plutocrat globalists to distract our attention away from the gross inequity of the current system, and the devastating impact of toxic chemicals on our environment and our health, and instead to condition us to see ourselves as the problem so that we submit to being more easily managed by centralized authorities. Unlike cows, pigs, and chickens who can be coerced into slavery for thousands of years by brute force, we humans tend to actively resist this, so pretexts must be invented so that we are willing to tolerate, and even demand, our own culling and enslavement.

The way that our forebears enslaved free-living, sovereign animals was to take away their freedom to move; this is also what a prison does. The climate change narrative, relentlessly propagated to us and our children for the past two decades, creates the pretext for severely curtailing our ability to move and travel, and is foundational to the creation of so-called 15-minute cities, now also referred to as “smart cities,” which are basically digitally-monitored and enforced human prisons where we are compelled to relinquish our freedom to travel outside of a narrowly-circumscribed radius, to “do our part” to “reduce our carbon footprint.” Once again, our caring and our tribalistic tendencies are weaponized against us, and in many cases, we seem willing to not only give up our inherent rights, but police others to do the same.

As an animal liberation advocate for 25 years before the climate change psy-op was globally launched with Al Gore’s 2006 documentary An Inconvenient Truth, I initially believed the narrative that animal agriculture must be harmful to “climate stability.” In public lectures and writings, I added it as number 13 on the already long and impressive list of a dozen environmental reasons to go vegan. As a college lecturer in epistemology—the philosophical study of how we determine what we think is true is actually true—with Ph.D. level research in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, as well as being raised in a newspaper family and understanding the dynamics of journalism and the media, I understood the relative ease with which science is manipulated, data is massaged, and models are created, and then pumped out to the public through oligarchically-controlled media and education campaigns. Scientists will always be compelled to go wherever the grant money flows, and starting about 20 years ago, hundreds of billions of dollars began pouring into colleges and universities every year, earmarked exclusively for research on climate-related impacts. The narrative was constructed and funded, the dissenting voices of respected climate scientists were marginalized and censored, and the public dutifully embraced the manufactured belief that we face a climate emergency. Many Rockefeller-funded organizations like 350.org, Friends of the Earth, and Greenpeace sounded the alarm, and the Rockefeller-supported United Nations led the way with its specially-created climate crisis propaganda agency, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

By 2009 and 2011, with Climategate I and II’s whistle-blower leaks clearly demonstrating that IPCC climate scientists were actively deceiving the public, and manipulating and covering up any data that was inconvenient to the global warming narrative, I started to do more intensive research, and also realized that the vegan community, like most of the progressive tribe, had been thoroughly indoctrinated, and thus continually espoused the climate narrative with the enthusiasm of born-again faith believers, with “Go Vegan for the Climate” as a popular rallying cry. Voraciously consuming many books and articles by climate scientists who had been censored and cancelled, I realized that I had been bamboozled by the climate deception, and have increasingly been saying so publicly, in spite of the harm it inflicts on my reputation in the vegan movement, as someone holding dangerous and heretical views. I feel it is essential to admit we are wrong when we are wrong, and that we have been hoodwinked when we have been hoodwinked. This ability is the foundation of the vegan movement of animal and human liberation. If I had refused to admit mistakes, I would still be eating animal-sourced foods, a personally unimaginable tragedy.

The climate deception is exceedingly complex, so this article is not the place to delve into the details, but interested readers can read the “Breaking the Spell of Climate Change” section of Food for Freedom (pp. 270-288) for a more comprehensive discussion of the issues involved. To sum up the main points:

  1. There is no such thing as “settled science,” as the history of science amply demonstrates, especially with something as exceedingly complex as our planet’s climate dynamics, which are completely unpredictable and beyond our ability to ever fully understand;
  2. Carbon dioxide is an extremely valuable and precious resource on this Earth, and is the primary factor in promoting abundant food and healthy forests, and reducing desertification. Demonizing CO2 with talk of “carbon sequestration,” “shrinking our carbon footprint,” and aspiring to carbon emissions of “net zero” is inane suicidal absurdity;
  3. Carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere are miniscule, only four one-hundredths of one percent, or 400 parts per million, much lower than in earlier epochs, and 96% of this CO2 originates from natural sources, primarily from oceans, volcanoes, fires, and plant decomposition releasing it, as well as from animal respiration, with only four percent generated by human activity;
  4. By far the most potent “greenhouse gas” (a misnomer from 18th-century outdated views of our planet as a “greenhouse”) is water vapor, a gas that varies from near zero percent in arctic and desert regions to about four percent in tropical regions. Water vapor accounts for 95% of the greenhouse effect, with CO2 and other gases contributing the other five percent. So, human-generated CO2 (and methane and nitrous oxide) from fossil fuel burning and agriculture only account for four percent of total CO2 emissions, which themselves account for only five percent of potential greenhouse gas effects.[17]

Contrary to the 20-year, multi-trillion-dollar climate alarmist campaign, human impact on planetary climate is just one-fifth of one percent, which is basically negligible.[18] But climate change alarmism reliably distracts attention away from the actually devastating human-caused environmental damage, such as rampant deforestation, habitat destruction, aquifer depletion, soil erosion, devastating over-fishing of the oceans, and the ongoing pollution of air, water, and soil by chemicals, plastics, geoengineering chemtrails, and pharmaceutical residues. The climate change narrative cleverly shifts attention and accountability away from the meat-medical-pharmaceutical-petrochemical-banking complex, enriching it, while its corporate executives brazenly occupy beachfront mansions and travel the world in private jets to discuss agendas to further corral humanity under the guise of benevolently addressing the climate emergency.

By far the greatest drivers of the Earth’s climate changes over the thousands and millions of years have been changes in solar output, as well as changes in cosmic radiation exposure that affects cloud cover, and also changes in volcanic activity, all three of which are completely unpredictable and beyond human control, as well as Milankovitch cycles and many other known and unknown and unknowable variables.[19] Right now, in the past 125 years, we are coming out of what is known as “The Little Ice Age” of the 16th to mid-19th century, which caused famines and misery throughout the northern hemisphere, and fortunately, both temperatures and CO2 levels are slowly rising (though CO2 levels are still dangerously low, compared to the 1,000 to 6,000 ppm levels in earlier times), which should be cause for celebration, not concern, propelling the greening of the Earth and facilitating more abundant agricultural harvests.[20]

It’s essential that we awaken out of the tribal trance of climate change that has been insidiously propagated in order to imprison us, and to legitimize and hide further environmental devastation. Trillions of dollars have been funneled into the pockets of wealthy financiers through the climate change psy-op, funds that could have been used to plant forests, clean up environmental pollution, rebuild critical infrastructure, and help feed and house people. It is being used to legitimize nudging us to eat insects and human corpses,[21] and to spray toxic particulates, such as aerosolized barium, strontium, and nano-aluminum, into the skies as geoengineering chemtrails to block solar radiation,[22] and Bill Gates is even funding a project to clearcut 70 million acres of precious forest in the arid western U.S., and dig large holes to bury the trees, so they don’t add to atmospheric CO2 by either dying and decomposing, or burning.[23] These are but a few of the examples of the environmental and social destruction that the climate psy-op is generating.

The so-called green energy solutions that have been developed are also environmental and wildlife-destroying nightmares, as many researchers have documented, for example in documentary films such as Planet of the Humans as well as The Dark Side of Green Energies, and the well-documented human rights abuses of workers in cobalt, nickel, and cadmium mines due to the soaring demand for required battery storage. The great irony is that, according to the U.S. Department’s own records of total energy production in the U.S., while the production of energy has increased dramatically from 1985 to 2024, the percentage of that energy supplied by fossil fuels has remained basically the same, at 85-86%, while the percentage of so-called renewable energy (solar, wind, geothermal, biomass (wood), biofuels), and hydroelectric) has actually decreased from 11% in 1985 to just 8% in 2024, with nuclear energy making up the four to eight percent remainder.[24]

Even with an estimated $1.4 trillion annual investment in anthropogenic climate change research and renewable energy development, the system is (unsurprisingly) basically unchanged because all of it is managed to maximize power and control in the hands of a few. Fortunately, the climate change narrative is such a fragile house of cards—held together only by massive public funding and a gushing torrent of alarmist propaganda—that it is collapsing as increasing numbers of us awaken to the manipulation, and question the climate wizards hiding behind their authoritative curtains, as we become more aware of the bigger picture and its significance.

All seven of the deceptive psy-ops we have discussed—herderism, sexualization, materialistic science, the germ theory, centralized banking, over-population, and anthropogenic climate change—reinforce each other in multiple ways, and also support numerous other psy-ops. Wars, for example, are typically always the product of psy-ops, and there are countless more as well. What are some other psy-ops of which you are aware? Though it may seem daunting, even overwhelming, to distinguish truth from the deceptions—given the power of media, education, government, and popular culture to propagate them—the good news is that we can develop our capacities of discernment and do our best to practice taking responsibility for the quality of our consciousness and our relationships. With this, we become part of the solution to the problems we are facing, and reduce the centripetal social and economic forces that seem to continually centralize power and wealth in a few parasitic hands. We can do our best to help decentralize power structures and become more self-sufficient, and more locally-sufficient, in terms of food, information, energy, and means of exchange.

The seven deadly psy-ops, like the Seven Deadly Sins—Pride, Greed, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, Anger, and Sloth—of Christian spiritual practice, can be overcome through cultivating the Seven Heavenly Virtues—Humility, Charity, Gratitude, Chastity, Temperance, Patience, and Diligence—which at both the individual and collective levels purify our consciousness to help free us from self-deception and from being deceived by others. The same forces that promote the seven deadly psy-ops also promote the Seven Deadly Sins, which are also continually propagated through media, entertainment, advertising, governmental, and educational messaging in order to increase corporate profitability and to erode our sovereignty. Doing our best to cultivate kindness, humility, charity, patience, and the other virtues, especially diligence, and proactively questioning official narratives, we each become part of the solution in our unique way, and help to fulfill the old saying, “It’s hard to fool an honest person.”

The herderism psy-op is, as stated at the outset, the progenitor of all the other psy-ops. It is the oldest and the most pervasive, symbolic, and significant deception, and it generates not just massive violence and destruction in the outer world, but also wounds our psyches, and forces us to adopt the unhealthy attitudes and relationships that generate countless further deceptions. Thus, the single most potent action we can take is to bring our lives into alignment with the universal kindness and respect for all living beings that liberates animals (and ourselves) from the deluded food practices and consciousness that herderism requires.

Animal liberation is the doorway to human freedom, and to the healthy spiritual awareness that connects us with our wise inner guidance system that helps us navigate today’s challenging mostly-digital terrain. Understanding that even though most of the recognized experts and authorities have been compromised, we are each fortunately gifted with an ever-present inner authority with which we can connect in order to illuminate the path of our daily life.  Cultivating awareness of the psy-op narratives and deceptions within which we are all immersed and being conditioned is the surest way to strip away their power over us, and to raise the vibration of our consciousness to a higher level where their spell is broken, and they are dis-spelled.

No effort we ever make in this direction is ever lost, and as essentially spiritual beings, our ultimate victory in overcoming deception is assured. It is our diligent effort in this very life that assures it.
